We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to work closely with our upbeat, fast-paced staff to keep everyone and everything organized and running efficiently. We are not your average company, so we don’t hire average people. As our Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and members, so we are looking for an upbeat, outgoing, fun-loving person! Daily Tasks:

  • First impressions advocate
  • Management of day-to-day office operations
  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers
  • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions and office equipment purchases
  • Ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and managing staff calendars and schedules
  • Executing various projects and events
  • Defines procedures for efficient  retention, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Detail & Accuracy Oriented
  • Computer Savvy
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Dependability – showing up ready to work every day is essential for all employees
  • Genius organizer
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Effective written and verbal communication

“Nice to Haves”:

Bachelor’s  Degree is preferred, but not required. Experience may be substituted for degree.

  • Graphic Design experience
  • Previous office management experience
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or Quicken

Salary Range:  $35,000-$45,000
