About CPM

CPM History

Incorporated in 1990, CPM is an independent company specializing in customized benefits packages for businesses. The company was founded by individuals with backgrounds in insurance and business. CPM was bought by new owners in July of 2016.


CPM Management

The CPM management team has been with the company for over 10 years. The diverse backgrounds, personalities and experiences of the members of our management team contribute a preparedness to handle day-to-day business as well as any unusual situations that may arise.


The CPM claims staff is a well trained, experienced group that understands the importance of service. Their experience in medical, dental and disability claims comes from fully insured carriers and third party administrators. You and your employees can visit personally with your claims processor if you have questions.

CPM utilizes an industry specific software that speeds the claims paying process and helps track individual information for all covered persons. The software combined with claims processor experience helps ensure that all claims are paid quickly and correctly.


Member Organizations

CPM is a member of SPBA (Society of Professional Benefits Administrators). This national organization is comprised of the top benefits administrators across the United States. The SPBA lobbies for employer rights, promotes ethical business and keeps members informed of new and proposed legislation that would impact employers and employees.
